美卓公司年度股东大会决议

The shares will be purchased directly on behalf of the members of the Board within two weeks from the release of the Interim Review January 1 −March 31, 2010. The auditing company, Authorized Public Accountant PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy was re-elected to act as an Auditor of the Corporation until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting decided to establish a Nomination Committee of the Annual General Meeting to prepare proposals for the following Annual General Meeting regarding the composition of the Board of Directors and director remuneration. Representatives of the four biggest shareholders are elected to the Nomination Committee and the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall be an expert member of the committee.
